Sunchasers #3 - Hand-pulled Original Print

About The Work:

A butterfly on a sunflower symbolizes transformation, growth, and joy, representing our journey through life. Sunflowers stand for happiness, strength, and positivity, while butterflies signify change, personal growth, and freedom. Together, they represent embracing life's journey with grace, moving through challenges, and finding beauty and happiness along the way. This varied edition hand-pulled artwork was created by relief printing with a piece of lino into which I had hand-carved my design.  The carved plate was then inked and the image transferred onto paper by applying pressure to the back of the paper after it had been laid atop the inked plate. I then used lightfast Spectrum Inks to hand-colour the image.

Artwork Size: 4 × 6 inches matted to fit an 8x10 inch standard frame size.

This is a varied edition limited run of 20 works hand printed on acid-free fine art paper. Each work is matted and enclosed in a protective clear plastic sleeve. A Certificate Of Authenticity is also included.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen than they do in person. Frames are not supplied.
