One Of A Kind - Original Collage
About The Work:
I often have dreams where I am One Of A Kind, different from others because I can co-exist either on land or under water, able to breathe without surfacing for air, like a fish. Fish symbolize abundance, health, adaptability and a deeper awareness of ourselves and our environment.
This design was created by collaging shapes I cut from paper that I had hand-printed with acrylic paints on a gelli-plate. I used stencils and other tools to create patterns and textures in the paint before transferring it from the gelli-plate onto the paper.
Size: 11 x 14 inches matted to 16 x 20 inches
Medium: Acrylic on Paper
Year: 2019
This work is matted to fit a standard size frame and enclosed in a protective clear plastic sleeve. A Certificate Of Authenticity is also included. Frames are not supplied.
