Aditis' Touch - Original Pen and Ink
About The Work:
This 5x7" neuro-styled pen and ink artwork was inspired by the pathways winding through a secret garden known as Aditis' Touch in Onanole, MB where my art friends and I gathered on a summer day to create en plein air. The garden was filled with delightful greenery, colourful perennials and sweet scents. Unusual items could be found thoughtfully placed here and there such as an old bicycle and a vintage sewing machine. The dragonflies were out making the setting so magical. I started this artwork on location using paper I had pretreated with inks and then finished it once I was back home.
My zenworks express my love of pen and ink and a desire to poetically meld the abstract with imagery created through spontaneous strokes and repeating patterns. Zenworks emerge via a tranquil, meditative process that frees me to explore and experiment with line, shape and colour.
Size: 5 x 7 inches, matted to 8 x 10 inches
Medium: Pen and Ink on acid-free paper

This work is matted to fit a standard size frame and enclosed in a protective clear plastic sleeve. A Certificate Of Authenticity is also included. Frames are not supplied.

Care and Handling:
Caution should be used in the hanging of your new original pen and ink artwork. Placement of your artwork in a neutral interior lighting location will prevent colours from fading. UV glass is highly recommended - avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
