What I’ve been up to since 2017
Below is a summary of what I’ve been up to since 2017 including events I’ve participated in, newsbytes and interviews about the projects I’ve been involved with, the associations I’m a member of along with my volunteer efforts.

2023 May 18 to Aug 31 – Manitoba Society of Artists OJCE Virtual Show (Wild Sasaparilla, Before The Rain, Going Home) BTR and GH were shortlisted for exhibition June 1-28 at Eagleridge Gallery (had to decline participating).

2021 Sept-Dec Manitoba Society of Artists Online Juried Competition & Exhibition (3 pieces At Risk, Passage, Seeds), At Risk and Passage made it into the top 80 category
2021 Sept 26 – Dauphin Art Group Pop Up Art Show and Artist Demo outdoor afternoon event (4 artworks)
2021 Aug 11 – Nov 26 Dauphin Public Library solo show “Embracing Exploration” (25 artworks)
2021 May-Aug – Parkland Juried and MAN Regional Virtual Art Shows (3 pieces, Silent Offering got Best in Mixed Media category, Parkland Region)

2021 Jan-Mar – Dauphin Community Project – “Diversity” acrylic on 4x8’ panel – one of 5 panels on permanent display at Under One Roof.
2020/2021 – MAN Touring Exhibit – Virtual exhibit Jan-Mar 2021, Into The Wind solo show touring Manitoba thru 2021.
2020/2021 – March 2021 MAN Digital Collaboration with Raine Hamilton – “Creek Cabin Song” inspiration for creation of “Silent Offering”. Click here to view the video.

2017 September Dauphin Culture days – led a Yardfringe styrofoam printmaking collaborative event with Dauphin Community members
2017 August – RAMP Group Artist Interactive Meet and Greet – Wasagaming Community Gallery
2017 June – worked with Dauphin Art Group on their Canada 150 Community Panel collaboration (Sept2016 through May2017), Panel then exhibited at the Watson Art Centre for June 2017, then toured the Dauphin community.
2017 May/June – Instructed Canada 150 Linocut printmaking to Barker School Grade 6 with Teacher Sonja Blank with student and instructor works, including my own, exhibited at The Watson Art Centre for June 2017

Prior to this volunteering included Gallery Exhibition Curator and Made-in-the-Parkland Artisan consignment program lead through 2010 through 2018
